Grandmaster Jeng Hsing Ping met Great Grandmaster Chang Dong Sheng in Nanjing in 1954 but started studying under him directly in 1955 - Taipei, Taiwan.  After training diligently for years he became the assistant Head Instructor of the Taiwanese Police College and helped Great Grandmaster Chang teach for 25 years. 

 

He came to the US in 1971 and began teaching at the Five Tigers Academy.  Certified only seven (7) instructors under him but went out and actively taught various seminars throughout the 1970's and 1980's all over the United States to promote Shuai Jiao. 

 

He officially retired in the early 1990's but has assisted his students from time to time in their classes and seminars until a few years ago. His students and their students have continued his teachings in their various classes.
